A time-of-day rule restricts or flags agent transactions outside configured hours — so unattended overnight activity has to pass a human first.
How it works
You define allowed hours (e.g. 9–18 local).
Transactions outside the window are BLOCKED or FLAGGED for review.
It's one of the six rule types a spend firewall enforces.
